Beautiful Canal Views and Spacious Rooms

I really enjoyed my stay! The spacious room with two double beds overlooked the canal, offering a lovely view of the wildlife—definitely a highlight. The private balcony was a perfect touch for relaxing in the evenings. One area for improvement could be the temperature control of the AC, as it struggled a bit to keep the room as cool as I prefer at night.

Upon entry, the parking lot didn't impress, feeling messy and disorganized. The noise from the nearby highway can be bothersome if you're looking for peace and quiet. Also, the AC unit in my room struggled to keep the temperature right, which made for some uncomfortable nights.

Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, both well-maintained. Breakfast featured fresh waffles and fruit. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, especially Zoey. Good dining option available on-site with delicious Italian food.

Amazing Views

I celebrated my bday here and got a room with a water view. Totally worth it! Sunrises were stunning. The room was big and clean. I hit up some cool spots nearby, like the Sponge Docks, just a quick Uber ride away. Oh, and Giovanni's Italian restaurant was delicious. Only wish the pool was open later.

Customer service shines with attentive staff. Zoey ensured my needs were met, even with my wheelchair and pet. Fishing just outside the room was a wonderful bonus, and the overall location had great attractions nearby. However, I faced accessibility issues with the doorway and limited outlet access, prompting a trip to Walmart for an extension cord. Still, we'd choose this spot again for its welcoming atmosphere.
